So I skipped a couple of holidays with my last post so I'm rewinding a little bit with this cute Halloween pillow box. I drew the design for the ghost on a piece of paper first before I went to Cricut design center to create this. I tried to make it as cute as possible!
Have you ever been boo'd during Halloween? It's a fun tradition where you drop off a surprise Halloween treat to kids in the neighborhood! I think this box would be just perfect for that purpose. Or you can resize it to be smaller to throw a little surprise treat into the kids' lunchbox. That's something I do occasionally and they just love it! This design is size to about 6 inches long - perfect for some good sized treats! I can just imagine the kiddos finding it on their porch and excitedly opening it! It is super quick and easy to make. Enjoy and Happy Halloween!!

Tips:
- Use light card stock. Medium would probably work, too.
- If you're like me and like texture paper, put the texture part down. This way you can crease inward. It looks like slightly better (for the perfectionists out there).
- Use hot glue gun for fast and easy assembly.
- I used Elmer's glue to glue the white backing for the ghost. I also taped the white backing for good measure.
